Join us at Bella Luna Farms as Chef Matt Lewis of Where Ya At, Matt? fame explores the soulful flavors of the American South during this one-of-a-kind cooking class. The esteemed local chef will guide you and your fellow guests through the preparation of each recipe, as you learn tips and techniques you can utilize at home, as well as enjoy each other's company and a stunning meal. The menu will include such flavorful favorites as a chicken and Andouille sausage gumbo given a Northwest twist through the addition of local seafood like Dungeness crab and shrimp, a seasonal salad of local greens, plus Matt’s famous beignets and of course a little rosé.
